All prices are displayed and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where appropriate. You can use your debit or credit card to make payments to Appleton Games using Stripe’s secure payment system. PayPal payments are also accepted.

Delivery

Appleton Games aim to dispatch all items within 24hrs of receiving orders, this does not guarantee same day dispatch, unless a next day delivery service is paid for and an order is placed before 4pm.

If you decide to use one of our Next Day delivery services, these services are only processed on working days. If you purchase on a Friday before 4pm, your order is not guaranteed for Saturday delivery, but will arrive on the Monday(not including bank holidays). If you wish to place an order for Saturday delivery, this can be arranged separately, please contact us at +44 (0)1225 975 770.

Appleton Games takes no responsibility if order’s are not received next day if it is due to unforeseen circumstances or is ordered after the 4pm cut off point.

If your order contains multiple items which are not eligible for Next Day Shipping, it will not be eligible for any Next Day Delivery service. In this instance, Appleton Games will ship all items under our Standard Shipping time frame.

Delivery to non UK mainland and international addresses is also available at an additional cost. If alternative delivery options are available on the item you are purchasing, additional costs will be added at the checkout upon your selection.

International Delivery

Appleton Games currently delivers to the country’s listed below. For items travelling to locations not listed below, delivery times are longer and can take between 10-14 working days. Goods can take up to 28 working days before being considered late as per Royal Mail’s terms of service. Please only contact us after this period has elapsed if your parcel has not arrived with you.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are available for purchase on our website and are charged at the point of purchase. Purchase of any pre-order item means that you have secured a copy of said item and does not guarantee you delivery of this item on the release date. We do aim to dispatch pre-ordered games as quickly as possible when stock is available.

Any orders that include a pre-order item will be dispatched once all items in the order are available. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items. If you would like in-stock items delivered sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
